Visiting the sugar cane plantations is something you cannot pass if you travel to Salobreña. A walk around the plantations, it´s forest, thickets, and through all the fruit plantations is without a doubt the best option to do while on holiday in Salobreña.

After many century´s the one activity that still live on is the cultivation of sugar cane. You can visit the factory which is the last one left and see the banana plantations, avocado´s, custard apples, etc...All this in the surrounding from which we can see the castle on top of the rock and Sierra Nevada.
